Foreclosure.com Reviews- Is Foreclosure.com Legit or Scam?

Foreclosure.com is a study in masterminding the supply and demand market. Here is the kicker foreclosure.com does not really sell you anything but information. People seem to be attracted to this site because it is well laid out and comes across as being a real opportunity to get into the real estate market rather inexpensively. While there are deals to be had here, you should read our free Auction Tutorial Guide before placing any bids.

Overview

The fact remains though that you can get into the real estate market inexpensively by hitting up your local court house that has all the foreclosures coming up for sale listed on the court house wall.

The Site

The Foreclosure.com review shows that this site overall is easy to use. There is a lot of information to digest on the site and some of the stuff is a bit hard for me to digest. Of course the primary goal of the site is to convince people to join the site. So making the site as flashy as possible to get your attention is par for the course.

At foreclosure.com you pay for the ability to access the database that they have created that lists foreclosures around the country. The database is advertised as being up to the minute. While the listings seem to be updated frequently, I’m not sure that it is auction ‘up to the minute’.

Cost

The cost for membership to foreclosure.com is $9.95 per week or $40-$50 per month. You set up and auto pay deal when you register. There is a seven day free trial period that costs $3.95, I can’t quite figure out how that is free but that is what the site offers.

Reviews

Believe it or not there are quite a few positive reviews out there about this site. Evidently for people that use these sites this is rated as one of the top sites. It may be because this site offers more of a tutorial atmosphere than the other sites.

The Foreclosure.com reviews show that this site is chockfull of free information which you can access without having to join which is a nice feature. If you can manage to find what you are looking for in the first week you register it is sort of like getting the information for free.

This website can save you a lot of time during the research phase of your property search. All the leg work is done for you. As long as you keep your expectations reasonable and know that you will have to still check to make sure that the information is valid than this may be the site to use to start your search.

Subscription Price: $9.95 per week after 7 day free trial

Overall, the Foreclosure.com review shows that this is a legit site and is not a scam however not as popular as Auctionresource.org for finding deals online.
