Overview

Typically real estate auction websites are busy sites, when I say busy I don’t necessarily mean traffic wise I mean busy by the looks of things. There is a lot of information that is offered up and there are lots of links to click on.

According to the website the company was founded in 1999 which points to longevity which points to a reason for the longevity which typically revolves around consumer satisfaction or some very crafty business practices.

What's The Deal?

Well first off there is no cost to register which is nice however if you register and win there are a few fees that are involved. Say you win a property but have to back out of the deal for whatever reason you will be charged a $250 fee by the site.

If you win and complete the deal typically you will pay a buyers fee which can be as high as 10%. Sellers have a host of fees that they have to pay to list their property.

The Website

There is a lot of information to absorb on this site. There are a lot of other links that are floating around that will take you to a host of different sites. It was kind of hard to just get to the bottom line on this site because of the information overload. It is a professionally created website but it is just a really busy site.

Bid4Assets Review - Other People's Comments

I found a couple of unfavorable comments on complaints.com:

“They have a TEN (10) day waiting policy on deposit refunds. I'm still waiting for my refund of $4, 000, and it has been over 10 days. I wouldn't trust these guys to walk my dog.”

“Never ever put a big bet on Bid4Assets.com, they are just a group of people making money from the bidders
by Fraud. Bid4assets.com never care about their customer’s money, they only care about their
commissions!”

Bottom Line

Bid4assets.com is a legit site and is not a scam, however there seem to be better options available. Most people seem to like using Auctionresource.org
